The Hateful Eight has been eagerly awaited after the Western success that was Django Unchained. Tarantino’s new film brings with it the promise of the stunning visual experience of being shot on 70mm film and trade
mark star studded cast, strong dialogue and challenging perception of politics, history and social/racial cohesion. Ho
ever, whilst bringing so much, it had been viewed as over complicated by some critics. Thus, we gave our review of the film to see if there criticism was fair or merely a misunderstanding of the message of Tarantino’s latest dip into the murky waters of racial discussion.
